  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.

  • Sweetbottoms Baby Boutique is an in-stock only boutique.  On the rare occasion our shopping cart oversells an item, we will notify you. 
  • If an item that interests you is out of stock, please contact us and we will try to make it available for you.  Similarly, we are always open to requests if there is something new you would like to see carried in our store!
  • All Sweet Bonus Offers are limited to a total of 1 per order and 2 per address.
  • Sweetbottoms Baby Boutique reserves the right to cancel or refund any order for any reason after it is placed.
  • Pre-Orders:  Occasionally, Sweetbottoms will make product available as a pre-order.  This is done as a courtesy to our customers.  We will only stock product for which we have received an order confirmation from the manufacturer.  Pre-orders will be expected to ship within 21 days unless otherwise noted.  If your order also contains in-stock items, the entire order will be held and shipped together when your pre-order item/s arrive.

 


 2.  Shipping  Top
 
  All US orders qualify for free shipping.   For international orders outside the US and Canada, please contact us for a shipping quote. 
  • Orders generally ship within 1-2 business days following payment and usually arrive within 1-5 business days.  Orders ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail, USPS First Class Mail, or UPS Ground depending on the size and weight of your package.  A shipping notification will be sent to the email address you provide.
  • Shipping Insurance is highly recommended and is available for purchase.  Sweetbottoms Baby Boutique is not responsible for any items once they have shipped.  This includes lost in transit, damaged, or otherwise.
  • Canada:  Orders to Canada will ship via USPS International First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail International.  For Canada orders, flat shipping rates will apply.  Orders weighing less than 3lbs will ship for $7.  Orders weighing 3lbs or more will ship for $20.  Customer is responsible for any customs charges assessed.  Please refer to http://cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/menu-eng.html for more information.
  • The customer is responsible for shipping costs on all returns.
  • Sweetbottoms Baby Boutique is an eco-friendly company.  To reduce waste, your items may be shipped in a re-used box and your package may not contain an itemized shipping list.  All receipts are sent to you via email.

Note:  A Handling Fee may apply to the purchase of certain heavy or oversized items and is noted on the individual product's page.

 


3.  Return Policy  Top

We want you to be happy with your purchases at Sweetbottoms Baby Boutique. 

  • You may return or receive credit for any unwashed, unused, and in original packaging (if applicable) items** within 30 days of original purchase date for a 100% store credit or 90% refund via PayPal or credit card - minus any discounts applicable to the order.  Items must be in new condition and odor-free.  Please note:  Clearance items are final sale and may not be returned.  Please note:  Items returned to us that have been used, washed, stained, damaged, or in any way not "new" are not eligible for refund or store credit and will be returned to you.  Please be sure to properly package your return.  Necklaces and fragile items need bubble wrap!!!!!  Sweetbottoms will not be held responsible for items damaged in transit back to us due to improper packaging by the customer.  Please note:  If we have to reassemble your items for you, we will deduct and additional 10% restock fee from your return amount.

**Items purchased from our Cloth Diaper Trial Package are excluded.  Please see below for our program details.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE PROCESSED THROUGH THE RMA SYSTEM!!  Returns received without a Return Merchandise Authorization will be returned to sender. 

If you would like to make a return, follow these steps:

  1. Log into your account (link at the top of every page labeled "My Account."
  2. Click on "View Details" next to the order you wish to return.
  3. Click on "Add new RMA."
  4. Fill out the form and click "Save RMA."
  5. You will be contacted with further instructions when your RMA has been updated.
  • Items not eligible for return include personal care products, laundry detergent, and menstrual cups, potty training items and any items listed as CLEARANCE items.
  • Free items included with your order or with diaper packages must be returned unwashed and unused with any return for a full refund of the product price.  If diapers are returned without inserts, the retail cost of the inserts will be deducted from the refund amount.  If returning an item causes your order to fall below the dollar amount threshold required for any free items you received, the free merchandise must be returned in new condition in original packaging or the value of the free merchandise will be deducted from your refund/store credit.
  • Exchanges:  We currently do not offer exchanges.  As our inventory is constantly changing, we cannot guarantee we will have the item you'd like in stock when we receive your return.  We will instead issue a store credit so that you may purchase from our current inventory.
  • Sale pricing is not retro-active.  We will not honor promotional discounts or sales/clearance to orders placed prior to the institution of the sale.
  • If a package is returned to us because an incorrect address was provided at check-out, the customer will be responsible for reorder and re-shipment fees.  If a return is requested in lieu of re-shipment, we will deduct our original shipping costs from the refund amount.

  • We sincerely apologize if the order you received is not correct.  Please contact us and we will promptly address the issue.
  • If a gift card is used to pay for part or all of your purchase, any returns will be applied to the gift card first, credit card/cash second.

30 Day Cloth Diaper Trial Program

  • Buy THREE or more products from our Cloth Diaper Trial Package.  WASH them, USE them, LOVE them!  If you are not completely satisfied with any of these products, you may return them to us within 30 days of receipt.  Note:  Returns MUST be postmarked within 30 days from the day you received your diapers.  Returns postmarked after this date will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
  • If the items were purchased through our diaper trial, items must be CLEAN, DRY, FREE OF ODOR, residue, and excessive staining.  Items must also be reassembled.  If we must reassemble the diapers for you, we will deduct an additional 5% reassembly fee from your return amount.  Please make SURE your items are CLEAN & DRY.  If you items are wet or dirty, we will deduct an additional 40% fee from your return amount.
  • When returning your trial diapers, you may choose to receive:
  1. Store Credit - If you choose store credit, you will receive 90% of your purchase price good towards another purchase at our store.
  2. Refund - If you choose a refund, you will receive 85% of your purchase price back in the form of your original payment.  i.e.  You would receive $85 back on a $100 trial purchase.
  •  Cloth Diaper Trial Program returns MUST BE PROCESSED THROUGH THE RMA SYSTEM!  If you would like to return one or more of your trial diapers, please follow these steps.
  1. Log into your account (link at the top of every page labeled "My Account."
  2. Click on "View Details" next to the order you wish to return.
  3. Click on "Add new RMA."
  4. Fill out the form and click "Save RMA."
  5. You will be contacted with further instructions when your RMA has been updated.


4.  Changing or Canceling Existing Order  Top

Here at Sweetbottoms Baby Boutique, we make every effort to ship your order on the same or next business day.  Please note that once your order has been placed, we do not permit changes and/or cancellations.  If by chance we are able to cancel an order for you, we will impose a 5% cancellation fee.

Handling Fees:  A few of our products have handling fees (generally detergent).  Each customer must choose the appropriate handling fee from the drop-down menu for their order.  If a customer chooses not to pay the appropriate handling fee, their order will not be shipped.  The customer will be sent an invoice for the handling fee.  Any cancellation requests under these circumstances will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee.  PLEASE choose the appropriate handling fee when adding the item to your cart.

 


5.  Manufacturer Defects  Top

If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact the manufacturer directly.  If you need assistance locating the manufacturer's contact information, please let us know.  If they require a copy of your receipt, you may access this information through your account.



6.  Privacy Policy  Top

Sweetbottoms Baby Boutique will not sell, trade, or rent your personal information.  All information that you provide to us will be used to process your order quickly or, at your request, to send you updates on sales and promotions. As you browse Sweetbottoms Baby Boutique, advertising cookies will be placed on your computer so that we can understand what you are interested in. Our display advertising partner, AdRoll, then enables us to present you with retargeting advertising on other sites based on your previous interaction with Sweetbottoms Baby Boutique. The techniques our partners employ do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, postal address or telephone number. You can visit this page to opt out of AdRoll and their partners targeted advertising.

 


7.  Sales Tax  Top 

Orders from North Carolina residents are subject to 6.75% sales tax, with a few North Carolina counties subject to 7%.
