• Orders normally ship within 1-2 business days following payment and usually arrive within 1-5 business days.  Orders ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail, USPS First Class Mail, or UPS Ground depending on the size and weight of your package.  A shipping notification will be sent to the email address you provide.

• Shipping Insurance is highly recommended and is available for purchase.  Sweetbottoms Baby Boutique is not responsible for any items once they have shipped.  This includes lost in transit, damaged, or otherwise.

• Canada:  Orders to Canada will ship via USPS International First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail International.  Shipping to Canada is FREE for orders weighing less than 4lbs!  For orders 4lbs or heavier, there is a flat, $10 shipping fee.  Customer is responsible for any customs charges assessed.  Please refer to http://cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/menu-eng.html for more information.

• The customer is responsible for shipping costs on all returns.

• Sweetbottoms Baby Boutique is an eco-friendly company.  To reduce waste, your items may be shipped in a re-used box and your package may not contain an itemized shipping list.  All receipts are sent to you via email.
