Can you use this pant as a waterproof diaper cover as well?
No! You can use the Swimmi as a cloth diaper cover, but you should not use the same pant for both cloth diapers and swimming. Size up for use as a diaper cover, and use with flat cloth diapers only.

Love this swimmer
Love this swim diaper, the sizes do run big. My 18 month old, 26 lbs is still in a medium with room to go. Cute prints!

Great swim diaper!
We have a Bummis swim diaper for my son, who is 5 months old and 15 1/2 pounds. It works great for all of our trips to the river during this ridiculously hot Texas summer. We've never had any leaks and it's got a great trim fit. The only issue we've ever had with it is that the velcro will sometimes rub my son's thighs and leave a little rash patch that quickly fades and doesn't seem to bother my son at all.

Worked for me!
Really enjoy using these. The velcro is great and stays put. They are very well made. I have left them outside a few times and they did not fade. I bought a size too big, but didn't want to return them and these diapers STILL keep the mess out of the pool.

I bought a couple of different swim diapers for my four month old this summer. This one is my LEAST favorite! The velcro, without any laundry tabs definitely doesn't help my negative opinion. The print is cute, but the fit was much too awkward for my little rolly-polly. There are some slightly pricier options that I much prefer of the Bummis : (

Cute Swimming Diaper
We used the Swimmi with my daughter and it worked great. She seemed comfortable in them, they are adjustable and they've got really cute prints! We've saved money by buying this swim diaper, as opposed to those disposable ones which you have to throw away after one use.
