Aromatic Scent: Frankincense serrata essential oil has a green, woody, earthy scent.

Blends well with: Carrot seed, Cedarwood Atlas, Clove, Lemon, Myrrh, Orange and Sandalwood.

Suggested Uses: Frankincense serrata essential oil is steamed distilled from a gum resin that has been used for thousands of years as incense, medicine and in cosmetics. In traditional Indian (Ayurvedic) medicine, the gum resin is used for fevers, rheumatism, obesity and skin and nervous disorders. The essential oil is used to treat chronic ulcers, ringworm and menstrual pain. The anti-inflammatory properties of Frankincense serrata make it idea for joint pain and for menstrual pain. Add 2-3 drops in a tablespoon of carrier oil and apply where needed. Diffusing Frankincense serrata during medication creates a meditative environment.
