we are proud to offer our customers a little extra guarantee for their
cloth diapers. The cloth diaper Fix & Fasten Guarantee℠ is only available from Sweetbottoms. Offer terms and conditions:
Snap or hook and loop fasteners will be repaired free of charge.
Offer covers all cloth diaper brands and models offered by Sweetbottoms.
Offer
good only for items purchased through Sweetbottoms and only for original
purchaser. Customer must provide proof of purchase. Our current
software maintains all orders back to 3/30/2011.
Customer is responsible for shipping
the item including all original fasteners to Sweetbottoms.
Sweetbottoms will return shipping costs to the customer in the form of a
refund on the customer's next purchase. Purchase must be made within
30 days.
Sweetbottoms will ship repaired item back to customer.
Please allow 21 days for time in transit and repairs.
Manufacturer's warranty supercedes
this offer. Manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions will be
followed as long as the warranty is active.

Snap-specific policies:
This offer is good for the life of the diaper for the original purchaser only.
Sweetbottoms will reattach original
snaps or replace broken/defective snaps. For replacement, either white
colored snaps or best match available snaps will be used. These may not
match the diaper color and design perfectly, but will be the best we
have available. Not all color options available to manufacturers are
available to us.
Replacement of hidden snaps may require utilization of snaps that are not hidden.
Hook and Loop specific policies:
Offer is good for two months from the date of purchase.
Offer covers sewing defects only.
Specifically, should the original hook and loop separate partially or
entirely from the diaper, Sweetbottoms will reattach the original hook
and loop fastener to the diaper.
